We serve all beaches within Sarasota county: Siesta Key Beach, Blind Pass Park, Turtle Beach, Lido Beach, Ted Sperling at South Lido Beach, North Jetty Park, Manasota Beach, Sharky’s Annex, South Brohard Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach. You will be able to choose your desired beach location at checkout. If you would like to request a setup in a different location, please contact us and we would be happy to navigate your request.

With a standard package, we provide you with all furnishings and a cooler filled with ice. Furnishings consist of a Neso Gigante tent, a woven rug, 4 lounge chairs, 2 tanning mats, floor pillows, and end tables. We also accompany your experience with a Bose speaker, an external charger, waterproof phone bags, and Banana Boat sunscreen and tanning spray.

The all-inclusive package comes with 8 towels, a game basket, and dinnerware in addition to all of the above. Games include cornhole, giant tumbling tower, giant pong, horseshoe, a football, and a soccerball. Dinnerware includes a set of 8 plates, bowls, cups, silverware sets, and tumblers. We have also included coasters, napkins, and cooking and serving utensils for your convenience.

While Oasis strives to provide you with all we can for a comfortable beach day, we ask that you bring any essential personal belongings to complete the experience. These include but are not limited to swimsuits, sandals, sunglasses, and hats. If you are booking the standard package, we also recommend you bring beach towels and any beach games you'd like to have during your time there.

Oasis does not supply your setup with any food or drink items. We will, however, happily pick up any order placed at local restaurants or grocery stores to have ready at your setup for when you arrive. 

We require you to abide by all public rules and regulations set for the beach you visit during your booking. Do not bring glass containers, weapons, or illegal substances. Please note that in many Florida beaches, alcohol is not permitted,. We also request that you respect the wildlife as well as the people around you during your experience.

We provide full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds will be given to cancellations made within the 24 hour time period. We do not provide refunds for no-shows or latecomers. 

We understand that Florida's rainstorms can be unpredictable, especially during the rainy season. We will monitor the weather prior your booking and advise you accordingly. We will provide rain checks for the setups we are not able to complete due to weather conditions. Rain checks will not be given if the weather turns following initial setup.
